Susmita Kar is a Lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Technology at Chandpur Science and Technology University (CSTU), Chandpur, Bangladesh. She joined the department on November 05, 2023. Before this, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has over six years of full-time teaching experience at various private universities in where she played a significant role in outcome-based educational curriculum development, academic research, and student mentorship.

Susmita Kar received her MSc. Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET). She has published more than 06 research articles in various reputed journals and conferences. Her key publications include Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Software Engineering. Her research interests are Deep Learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
